QA Level 2 Award in Activity First Aid (RQF)
This course will prepare delegates to deal with a range of first aid situations in both indoor and activity-based environments, until professional help arrives.
Description
During this 2 day course, delegates will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations, including: managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, choking, head and spinal injuries, abdominal injuries, external bleeding, anaphylaxis and more.

-External bleeding
-Thermal injuries including shocks, burns and scalds

-Treatment for hot and cold temperatures
