This course will provide participants with the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to provide an ECG. There will be protected time for any questions and further development that participants may require.
Description
This practical course, underpinned with essential theory, will equip learners with the skills to be able to acquire a 12 lead ECG. On completion of this course learners will be able to understand the relevant anatomy and physiology of the heart, alongside the correct placement of ECG electrodes in order to obtain a high quality ECG. This interactive course is suitable for all healthcare assistants and registered nurses looking to develop their skills.
